Auction Coming!!

Methodist on a Mission

Make sure your calendars are marked for Saturday, April 21, 5-7PM to be at St. Paul for our dinner and auction event. Our own Tim Finan will be your auctioneer!

Keep watching for sign-ups. This will be a fun time of fellowship together and will provide funds for our continued mission work locally such as VBS and internationally such as ZOE. As with any other project we all need to do a small part to make this BIG thing happen. Please look below and find the best fit for you and your family to help with this project. To help in any of these areas simply email leeallengray "at"gmail.com or call Lee Gray at 919-738-3910.

DONATIONS, DONATIONS, DONATIONS!!! Families or business. Think outside the box such as cakes, food and services. Get together with a group of friends and put a great idea together! We are also asking Sunday School classes and ladies circles to create baskets of items to be auctioned.Any items will need to be at the church by Sunday, April 15.

We need approximately 12 volunteers to assist with the food areas that night. The meal is very simple, so no cooking skills required!! We need people to help with set up, serving and clean up.

Invite your friends and neighbors to a fun night of food and great items to buy. We will be providing post cards that you can give to them soon, so talk it up!

NEW PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY

Interested in becoming a part of the Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. Paul Church?  We will meet once a month for an hour to work on our prayer shawls and pray over them. All you have to know is how to knit or crochet. If you can do either, we need your talent! If you can’t do either, there will be someone at each meeting to teach you. Please call Doris Bynum for additional information. Please be in prayer for this ministry!

Zoe Ministry

Dear friends,

If you have food in your refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead, and a place to sleep, you are currently richer than 75% of the people in the world!

If you have ANY money in the bank and some in your wallet and some spare change in a dish somewhere, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy!

If you can attend worship services at church without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture, or death you are more blessed than 3 billion people in the world!

Now this Christmas what will we do with all this blessing and abundance! Buy more gifts for our friends and family to return or re-gift? Why not give a gift this season that can transform lives and the world. One child at a time, ZOE ministry is changing lives, and how wonderful it is for our church to be a part of this amazing mission. Once again this year donations to our ZOE ministry project can be made at church. Please write on your check or envelope for ZOE ministry. Please check out the display in the Narthex which has a story about one of our very own ZOE children! Cards are also available in the church office or in the Narthex each Sunday. As always you can contact us for more information at 922-0887 or email mjharrell1"at"earthlink.net.
