Welcome to Saint Paul Methodist Church! We’re so glad you found us! Like most families, life is probably busy and a little chaotic these days. Our church is here to help you navigate the many challenges facing individuals and families. The mission of Saint Paul Methodist Church is to WORSHIP God, GROW in Faith, and SERVE Others in the name of Jesus Christ. We have various Worship Service expressions from our 9am Non-traditional Worship Service with upbeat music in Winslow Hall to our 11am Traditional Worship Service with classic hymns located in our historic Sanctuary. But in all of our Worship services we seek to focus on worshipping a loving God full of grace, peace, and hope. We also have many people who can’t wait to show you around. They want to help your family find a place to connect and develop deeper relationships so life, even a busy one, is full of growth, service, meaning, and purpose.
Sundays at Saint Paul
- 9 am: Non-traditional Worship Service
- Our Non-traditional Worship Service is a non-traditional, family-friendly Worship Service located in Winslow Hall and is filled with upbeat praise and worship music.
- 10am: Sunday School for all Ages
- We have Sunday School classes for all ages of Children and Adults.
- 11am: Traditional Worship Service and Online Livestream
- Our Traditional Worship Service is located in our historic Sanctuary and includes classic hymns led by our Chancel Choir. This Worship Service is also available online in our Livestream.
Parking
Saint Paul Methodist Church is located in downtown Goldsboro at the corner of John Street and Chestnut Street. Our Parking area is located on John Street and public parking is also available along the street.
Entrances
Once you arrive for Worship, you can enter through the Narthex, which connects to both Winslow Hall for our 9am Worship Service and to the Sanctuary for our 11am Worship Service.
From John Street, you can enter the Narthex from the street through the glass doors under the arch breezeway. This entrance is also handicap accessible.
From the Parking area, you can enter the Narthex through the covered breezeway between Winslow Hall and our Education Building. The Narthex entrance is at the end of the breezeway and provides a lovely view of our Garden.
You can also check in children for the Nursery or Playroom through the Education Building entrance located in the breezeway.
Nursery Care
Our Nursery care is available each Sunday from 9am-12pm for newborns to age 3. The Saint Paul Playroom is available from 9am-10am for children ages 4 to 3rd grade.
